IMPORTANT!
Next-day pickup requests must be submitted before 5 pm a day before. All requests received after 5 pm will be moved to the next schedule of pickup in respective area.
No Weight Limit is only applicable to Jumbo Boxes. Pick Up is performed by Private Contractors, the crew will arrive any time between 8AM-8PM. No specific time can be requested, therefore, please indicate on the Pick Up Request Form if you will be waiting for the crew or you will leave the box outside the door.
